Boxing & Weight Training Facility

SECTION 1. BOXING
Our boxing section is completely seperate to the weights facility to allow ease of use. The timber look floors, ample natural light, custom bags & boxing equipment, accompanied by our custom built boxing ring, make for the perfect environment to grow as a boxer. The privacy of this section allows boxers of any level an opportunity to learn without the anxiety of spectators.

SECTION 2. DOWNSTAIRS GYM
Our downstairs gym facility is where you will find multiple rigs, barbells and dumbbells. This section is designed specifically for our weight training classes. The layout allows you to perform all key movements seamlessly. This allows better programming and overall client experience.

SECTION 3. DOWNSTAIRS MACHINES
Here is where you will find a multitude of weight training equipment. This section houses bespoke pieces designed specifically for the needs of the female physique.
